I have been busy over the past month with work and my ever-growing plant collection. My obsession with indoor plants has taken to new heights as I acquire more plants to fill my new rack. Bringing greenery into your indoor space helps to imbue a sense of calm and I absolutely love the variety of shapes and forms the plants take on.
Recently, Pick A Plant held a Great Singapore Sale event where they aimed to spread the love of gardening by selling plants at a steal. It was one of the few GSS events I was crazy about (the other being SLR Revolution's annual sales).
I had my eye on Tillandsia seleriana for a long time as I found the huge bulbous base adorable. The pronounced trichomes lend the plant a fuzzy look. The usual price of a small seleriana is around $10 and PAP was selling it at $3, thus I bought two without hesitation. I would still love to own a large seleriana in the near future.
